If you have an additional Android phone you can download an app and turn it into a security camera. CCTV cameras make it easier to place mobile phones anywhere. It can be used for when and for as long as you want. There are many free apps on the Google Play Store for this. The most popular of these is the Alfred camera.
This app is protected by Google Play. There are also some other apps that work well. You can view live feeds captured by mobiles as security cameras on other mobiles or PCs. This requires having a 4G WiFi connection in your home.
Mobile batteries can be kept charging if they are not powerful. A separate Google account is also required. As such, this should not be done for your app as long as your main Google account is used for privacy purposes. It's quite easy to switch from app to mobile to security camera.
Follow the app's instructions and the security camera will be up. To view its live feed on New Mobile, the Alfred camera app will need to be downloaded on other mobiles. Open the 'Alfred computer' website for viewing on PC.
Also sign in with the Google Account you are signed in to in the app. However in the free version of the app the image quality is not very good. However for the fun or if you have a watch in the house at a certain time, the app works.
