Now without a helmet a fine of Rs 1000
The country is facing the phenomenon of running a two-wheeler without a helmet. Until now, a fine of Rs 100 had to be paid without a helmet, but now if caught without a helmet on the road, a fine of Rs 1000 will have to be paid.
An unlicensed driver will have to be warned
A large number of unlicensed cases are also being exposed daily against the traffic police. Or the driver does not have a license then the holder says that the license was forgotten at home in a hurry. In such case till now, a fine of Rs 500 was imposed under section 181 but now a fine of Rs 5,000 has to be paid for driving without a license.
